Sports Performance and Wellness

ACL Strong is an online training program that will walk you through a proven system to lower your risk of sustaining an ACL injury.  This program is ideal for athletes in high-risk sports, such as soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, lacrosse, and snow-skiing. Through the 4 week course, members will demonstrate improved strength, flexibility, agility, body control, and jump-landing mechanics, making them less-likely to suffer a sports injury, especially a devastating ACL rupture.  The course will only be offered at certain times throughout the year, so be sure to get on the waitlist to find out when the next program will begin!  Contact Us to Learn More!

We offer performance and wellness programs with treatments focusing on enhancing optimal performance and preventing injury.  If you are a golfer, cyclist, volleyball player, racquetball player, skier, etc, we will create a specialized program for your body and your sport.  

 

For our high school athletes and those playing on competitive club teams, we offer a Sports Readiness Screening​, ideally performed pre-season, but can be beneficial at any time.  We get to know our athletes and are available as needed throughout the season.  Nobody plans on getting injured, but when it happens, you want someone you can count on to ready to help out and get you back to 100% as quickly as possible.
