Tips for a Good, Pain-free Golf Swing


I came across this article recently, which describes 5 excellent tips for being able to execute a golf swing properly.  Sometimes our body is not prepared to do what we ask it to do.  This is often the case when trying to perform a textbook golf swing.  Your body must have enough rotational hip and spine mobility, with good core and gluteal stability to allow the movement to happen correctly and the power to transfer effectively.  The article below goes into more detail on what impairments can be addressed in physical therapy to improve your golf game.
